Having Eric as our realtor for the second time, was wonderful! Eric makes buying and selling a home an easy experience. I can honestly say this, because this is our second time selling a home with him. He is very knowledgeable about the current sells and comps in the area, making our home priced perfectly. My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers and we really had no idea what this process was like. Eric sold my parents their home and then sold my sister her home, and so we wanted a realtor we could put our trust in. That was the best choice we could have made because Eric did such an amazing job. He showed us a multitude of houses and was honest about every one of them. He didn’t pressure us into any particular house and wouldn’t stop looking until he truly felt comfortable with the home he was putting us in. Eric is one of the nicest people and he is extremely knowledgeable with what he does. The negotiations went smoothly and we feel confident in the decision we made on our home. We are extremely grateful to him and The Lake Crew for giving us the patience and guidance we needed to find our perfect home!
