After a few days, Ryan contacted me and said I think I found your guy Eric McCauley. I was given Erick’s phone number And we probably spoke for almost an hour to get to know each other, and for him to understand what I was looking for. After looking at any Properties on the website, I travel down to North Carolina and spent eight hours with Eric driving around the lake looking at different areas. Eric told me that I would ultimately end up in Cornelius, North Carolina. Eric is a very hands-on realtor and was always there to answer my phone calls, text messages and emails. Eric McCauley is such a top notch realtor. He is attentive, professional and always available. He responded to me within minutes throughout a long process. With the market as it is, it took us 5 1/2 months to sell and close. Although I would get a little frustrated, he didn't. Always assuring me it would all be fine. He was right. Eric was absolutely awesome to work with - again. That's right; he's actually helped us with the purchase of two homes now and we'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. Eric was so great to work with the first time around, we recently reached back out to him and couldn't be happier. My wife and I actually initially contacted another realtor for this recent purchase, thinking it was outside of where Eric worked and we were not happy at all. We sent Eric an email one night and he called first thing the very next morning. I wasn't sure if he'd remember us (after 3-4 years) but he remembered me, where I worked, my wife and her family.
